Chihuahua, April 22, 2015.- The Autonomous University of Chihuahua published the international tender with number of identification UACH.DA.A210401.2015.ITPI in order to invite business owners and people in general to take part in the process for the acquisition of computers, printers and audiovisual equipment.
The University announced that on this tender could take part any person Mexican or foreigner, provided that this person came from a country who subscribed any trade agreement with the Mexican government as the follower list:
- North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)
- Economic Association Agreement between Mexico and the European Union
- Economic Association Agreement between Mexico and Japan
The tender aspects explanation meeting will take place on April 28 at 1:00 p.m. on the Meeting Room of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, situated on Séptima Street 1210, second floor, mail address 31000 on Chihuahua City.
Those interested in ask for explanations about the tendering process must send a document to the University office at least 24 hours before the explanation meeting, also the contestants can’t send any question to the following mails: firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com, before April, 27 at 1:00 p.m.
The economical and technical proposals opening will take place on May 11 at 11:00 a.m. on the Meeting Room of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua; the contestants must deliver their proposal document on a closed folder with both proposals properly signed and identified with the name and number of the tendering process.
The contract will be designed to the company who offers the best price and quality according the Mexican laws (art. 26 of the LAASSP).
At the end of the proposals opening act the University Acquisition Committee will advertise the date and hour of the final decision of the tendering process, 15 days after the tendering decision act the Acquisition Committee the winner of the process must sign the contract on the Acquisition Department.
